The Australasian Branch of the 6/80 & MO Club's 4th National Rally
Shepparton, Victoria.

26 September-29 September 2003

Warwicks Index Page With near perfect weather (a bit chilly in the wind!) the weekend was a great success. Thirty two entries with 22+ club cars and a number of other most welcome car relatives attended at what was our largest rally to date.

The location was Shepparton, on the Goulburn River in Victoria, and central to a large fruit growing and cannery industry.

After a Friday evening BBQ, Saturday took us via Tatura and the local museum to the Mitchelton Winery for a picnic lunch and return via Goulburn Weir. Saturday evening the local car club, the Goulburn Valley Motor Vehicles Drivers Club hosted us with a superb BBQ tea.

Sunday saw us heading for a Echuca where we had a look around the town and port museum and then for a paddle wheeler ride on the Murray River, before heading home. Sundays evening meal was at a local club where everyone had a good feed and chat and this was followed with a short meeting to discuss the future of the club.

Monday saw many depart, but those who remained made the drive to Euroa where we sawa bicycle collection and received a very entertaining talk on their development, after which we drove onto the Strathbogie ranges for a look at Gooram falls.
