Tuesday: 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm - All ages 13 year and over.
Thursday: 4:00 pm to 5.15 pm - 10 to 13 years only.
Thursday: 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm - Adults.
Saturday: 9:30 am to 12:00 pm - All ages 13 years and over.

All training sessions are conducted at:
Unit 5, Number 49-51 Regentville Road, Penrith.
Coaching
Beginner and advanced classes are available in all weapons.
