This sequence of photographs shows part of a courtship between Eastern Snake Necked Turtles (Chelodina longicollis). The male can be seen on top of the female.
As you can see in the third and fourth photographs, the two turtles were not concerned by the presence of a large Broad Shelled Turtle (Macrochelodina expansa).
