WORKSHOP DETAILS
This Workshop / Seminar has developed over the years as a synthesis of all
our areas of expertise. It is flexible in it's design to meet your exact needs as
determined by a briefing session and is able to fit into any timetable or venue
requirements..
The Workshop is based on a number of Elements or Modules as outlined
below. A typical Workshop will be based on several of the Modules to provide a broad range
of learning experiences and practical skills for the participants.
A typical session could ...
Teach skills in Creativity and Innovation to boost productivity.
Challenge all participants and get them thinking "outside the
square"
Teach your staff to communicate more effectively with your customers and
each other.
Serve well as a Team Building event.
Boost confidence in Team Members ability to solve problems themselves
allowing you to work on your business, not in it.
Increase enjoyment and self esteem, creating a happier workplace.
Empower them to ask "What if ..."
Encourage them to see opportunities where they exist.
Will be a huge amount of interactive fun with some powerful "take
home" value.
Each workshop is designed to actively involve all of the participants.
Length can range from One Hour, Half Day or Full Day. Or, some people use the workshop as
"Conference Breaker" sessions, spread out over a longer conference.
