The Blue Mountains
100 km's West of Sydney is the Blue Mountains. At an elevation of 1000m above sea level the massive sandstone plateau provides a spectacular setting for any outdoor activity. There are plenty of cafes to chill out in after a hard days adventuring and the well established 'alternative' scene provides plenty of opportunity for quiet meditation, yoga and general relaxation.

Bushwalking
The best way to experience the beauty of the Mountains. There are walks ranging from 20 minute strolls to multi day adventures, all taking you through some of the most spectacular scenic areas in the country. Several good guide books and many topographic maps are available at Mountain Designs.
