		Gabriel married Katharina Grünwalt on 12.12.1849 in Bendova Zahori. Katharina's parents were Lazar and Rebeka (nee Porges) She was born 1811 and died 6.8.1893 or 98. Katharina was the sister of Ludmilla, Philip Sinek's second wife.

		Emanuel Mendl	b. 1841 in the Czech Republic. Came from Mlada Vozice. He started a Leather factory. He left home at the age of 13 with 5 guilden. After he died of blood poisoning from a pedicure, his wife ran the factory. Emanuel died 19.12.1891.
			Emanuel married Therese Loewy. Therese was born 25.9.18__ and died 9.6.1921.

				Ernst married Rosa Steiner on 10.4.1904. Witnesses were Herman Politzer and Ignaz Politzer.
				Rosa was born 11.8.1875/6 and died 27.6.1923 in Vienna, Austria. Rosa's parents were Ignaz and Catherine Steiner.
				Rosa's sister Gisella had a children's camp in America.

				Pauline married Herman Politzer on 4.2.1894 in Vienna, Austria.
				Herman was born 17.2.1865 and died in a concentration camp because he stayed behind with his son Ernst.

				Berthold was born 28.9.1864 and died before Klara as Klara was the informant for his death. Berthold was a doctor (GP), his parents were Adolf Friedmann and Katharina (nee Kohn).

General Notes:
According to a law in Austria-Hungary between the years 1726-1848, only 8,600 Jewish families were allowed to exist in Bohemia. Only the eldest son was allowed to be married and the rest had to wait in hope that someone would die. Nevertheless, they did get married according to Rabbinical law, and begot children who became legal once their parents were legally recognized as a family.

It was common in the census to find the spelling of Synek instead of Sinek for some of the above families.
